1. COPYRIGHT
CONTENT: All content (videos, workbooks, course written content, audio and otherwise) is the sole property of Leah M. Graham. Students enrolled in any course or membership (free or paid) may view, print, download, and consume content as directed to do so. This content may not be shared with outside parties. To do so will lead to removal from the course and possible further legal action.
COURSEWORK: The booklets, workbooks and worksheets included in the content are incredibly valuable to your success. Print them out and work through them but do not share them with another party. To do so is in clear violation of these terms and conditions. You may share your completed course work with a business partner, employee, trusted advisor, or partner, but distributing course content is grounds for legal action.

2. ACCOUNT SECURITY: Your account is your own and may not be shared with another person (yep, that includes your friend or partner).Leah M. Graham at ConsciousEdu.org does not retain login information and might not be able to assist you in re-entering your account should you have trouble doing so. We are not privy to your image in Kajabi. After that point, all access to the content and membership will be revoked. This is a digital membership and, similar to Amazon Prime or Netflix, you have full access to the services only while paying for them.
3. MEMBERSHIP FEES: Monthly subscribers, payment is auto-drafted from your account in a monthly cycle. Yearly subscribers, payment is auto-drafted every 12 months.
MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS: If you get into the membership and decide it is not for you, that’s totally fine! I offer a 14-day refund period. After the 14-day trial period nonrefunds are given for our courses. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
COURSES: In the event that you decide any of our courses or seminars are not right for you, you may request to withdraw within 14 days of the course start date (by the 14th day at 11:59 EST). All refunds after the 14-day period are discretionary as determined by Leah M. Graham or members of her team. After day 14, we willnnot issue a refund. For live seminars, I have already adjusted my calendar to serve YOU. You are paying for my time and my time is valuable. Travel arrangements may or may not have been made and are not always refundable.
4. PRIVACY POLICY: We work to encourage healthy interactions between all students/members and ensure the safety of individual students/members as they express themselves. Leah M. Graham and ConsciousEdu.org may not publicly share any past and current students’/members’ personal information, posts, or comments shared within Kajabi and affiliated social media platforms without explicit written consent from all parties.
PRIVACY POLICY CONTINUED: Past and current students/members may not publicly share any personal information, posts, or comments shared within Kajabi, ConsciousEdu.org, or other affiliated social media platforms without explicit written consent from all parties. No email or social media direct message correspondence between past and current students/members and Leah M. Graham or ConsciousEdu.org may be shared publicly unless with explicit written consent from all parties. Violation of our privacy policy will result in immediate termination of the student/member’s course/membership access and the student/member will be removed from the respective social media group.
5. REFUNDS: I want you to be so happy and fulfilled by this course and/or membership. In order to do so. Please make your best effort to review and absorb the content. Spend the time to personally reflect and journal so you can heal! It is designed to bring you true happiness.However, if you feel this course or membership is not for you, here is how to proceed:
MEMBERSHIPS: You are free to leave the membership at any time. Monthly subscribers will have access to all content until deactivating your account (under your profile sensitive login information for security reasons, though we are able to provide you a link to reset your Kajabi password should you forget it.
6. GUIDELINES WITHIN SEMINARS, WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA: It is important that this community feel safe, secure, and trusting. It is nearly impossible to learn and be open when you feel unsafe. To this end, we take the health of our community VERY seriously. Failure to comply may result in removal from the community. Let’s keep this place positive, uplifting, and welcoming to all!
7. EXPENSES INCURRED IN ADDITION TO SEMINAR FEES
LOCAL SEMINAR EXPENSES: Local seminars include any seminar location that is within a 2-hour driving distance from Houston, Texas and NO travel
NON-LOCAL SEMINAR ADDED EXPENSES: Non-local seminars include any seminar location that is outside of a 2-hour driving distance from Houston, Texas. In which case travel is required. All air fare, hotel, and ground transportation expenses to and from seller’s location to the place where seminar will be held, will be reimbursed by seminar buyer/purchaser. Seller will incur and pay for all food expenses.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS: After Seller and Buyer agree upon and secure a seminar date and location either through email confirmation or through the ConsciousEdu.org website, Leah M. Graham at ConsciousEdu.org is at complete liberty to schedule and secure travel arrangements, These travel arrangements will be invoiced to Seller along with the regular seminar fee immediately following the event. (See the ConsciousEdu.org website for fees). Buyer has 30 days from the date of invoice to compensate Seller and pay invoice in full or Buyer will be subject to further legal action and debt collection.
AIR FARE, HOTEL, AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES: As a creator and presenter, it is imperative that I have space to think, and meditate before I speak to your group. Therefore, Non-local Buyers agree to pay for First Class airfare, and if First Class seats are not available, then Business Class air fare. When paying for ground transportation, Buyer also agrees to pay for the cost of SUVs to help ensure Seller’s personal safety in case of inclement weather situations. Seller reserves the right to agree to accept or decline hotel accommodations that are suggested and affiliated with Buyer and Buyer’s associated company privileges. Seller reserves right to accept hotel accommodations where Seller feels the most safe.
8. SPEAKING/FACILITATING ARRANGEMENTS: Seller will come with MacBook Pro, Air Mouse, with presentation software on a Google Drive. Buyer agrees to provide wi-fi connection, a large screen in order to view the presentation, a portable microphone that can attach to clothing, and loudspeakers. Buyer will be provided with PDF handouts that can be emailed to each attendee to further support his/her healing journey after the seminar is over. However, Buyer is at liberty to purchase from Seller non-digital laminated handouts that Seller can bring to seminar. If Buyer wishes individuals to remember what is learned, HARD COPY handouts are strongly recommended. In order to ensure quality and timely production, Buyer agrees to order any hard copy handouts when finalizing the contract with Seller.
9. INTENT OF BUYER: BUYER agrees to contact SELLER regarding company/organization intentions for their group. SELLER agrees to incorporate or address these intentions into the seminar as much as possible for not just individual growth, but also organizational growth. Communication either through email or via telephone is necessary in order to gauge any concerns so that SELLER can truly help your people grow! In short, please communicate before seminar date so I can be thinking about these concerns and how to best implement them into the seminar.
