PURCHASE CONTRACT, TERMS OF USE, & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between LEAH GRAHAM (“Seller”) and buyer or program purchaser.

SECTION 1: PURCHASE CONTRACT

1. The Buyer agrees to purchase the following program from LEAH GRAHAM or ConsciousEdu.org (Seller):

The ENLIGHTEN-ME Self-Development Program for Teens

2. Purchase Price: The total purchase price for the selected online course or program is payable in full upon execution of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted unless explicitly stated by LEAH GRAHAM in writing.

4. Delivery: Buyer will be provided said program immediately upon checking the box for “Terms of Use Agreement” and upon receiving payment. LEAH GRAHAM is not responsible for internet, hosting, or platform delays outside of her control.

SECTION 2: TERMS OF USE

  1. The Buyer agrees to use The ENLIGHTEN-ME Self-Development Program for Teens for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Intellectual Property: The Buyer may reproduce all curriculum PDF files provided with purchase for use within their respective campus domain only. Buyer is permitted to use the “Tips & Tools Printables” that are provided within curriculum PDFs for faculty, students, AND parents. Buyer is also permitted to use the trademarked ENLIGHTEN-ME logo to sell T-shirts and other goods on their campus when they are using this program, in order to capitalize on school spirit. Use of this logo is NOT permitted outside of the Buyer’s campus domain. Video lessons are NOT to be reproduced in any way and are to be accessed only through the ConsciousEdu.Org web platform. Buyer is permitted to show videos to parents and other stakeholders at their respective campus domain only.
  3. Campus Training: Buyer agrees to facilitate the training provided in this program (1-VL1- Program Guide) to BOTH administration and faculty of their campus domain, to ensure best outcomes for all.
  4. Disclaimer: LEAH GRAHAM makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the effectiveness or outcome of the program. The Buyer acknowledges that results may vary. That said, research has shown that programs such as ours are most effective when implemented in a “Whole Campus Approach” with leaders, faculty, AND students engaging in the program (personal development) together – not just the students.
  5. Termination: LEAH GRAHAM reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Buyer breaches any terms.

SECTION 3: HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

  1. The Buyer agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and release LEAH GRAHAM or ConsciousEdu.org from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of the program.
  2. The Buyer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their actions and decisions related to the use of the program, and intends to use this program for the purpose of personal development only and to inform and educate. This program is NOT intended to diagnose any campus users’ mental health issues.
  3. LEAH GRAHAM or any affiliated partners are NOT responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the program, intentional or unintentional.
